Jacqueline: Why are you making sparkling wine, Dan? Ha, ha! You wonder that every day!

Dan: I ask myself that all the time! Sparkling wine is fun! Sparkling wine is exciting. It’s vibrant. It’s energetic.

Jacqueline: And it’s always fun to bring a bottle to a party right?

Dan: Oh ya. You gotta bring two.

Jacqueline: At least two. We’re seeing a lot of trends in sparkling. Sparkling seltzer, sparkling water, sparkling wine.

Dan: People love sparkling wine. If you can make something people love, that feels good. Right? It feels like you are putting something good out in the universe.

Jacqueline: Yeah.

Dan: Yeah. When I think about all the categories of wine, I think sparkling wine is the most exciting.
