We respect your privacy and support every effort to protect it. We will never sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that keep this shop running, described below, and never for their own use. That includes your email address, your mailing address, and your phone number.

What we collect

When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, payment card details, and email address. We treat this information as private and keep it secured from outside parties. Payment card numbers are encrypted and handled by our payment processor.

How we use it

We use the information we collect only for limited purposes: processing your orders, maintaining our site, and letting you know about upcoming wine releases and events. You can opt out of release and event emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message.

Analytics and advertising

We use a small number of trusted services to run the shop and understand our marketing: Google Analytics and Google Ads, Meta, and Klaviyo, which sends our emails. When you allow advertising cookies, we share limited order information with these partners so we can tell whether our ads are working. Where an email address is involved, it is scrambled before it leaves our site, so a partner can only match it against an account they already hold and can never read it. None of these services may sell your information or use it for their own purposes. You can switch advertising cookies off anytime under Cookie preferences in the footer.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your private information, ever. If you would like to know what we have on file, or ask us to delete it, email us and we will take care of it.
